DESCRIPTION:Women United in Christ 2 – is a Faith and Fitness event for all women in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This event includes a CrossFit competition to celebrate what our bodies can do. This event is hosted by Rock Solid For Jesus and will be held at the First Responders Foundation at 10605 Burt Circle\, Omaha\, NE.\nThere will be Teams of 2 and athletes of any level welcomed to participate. \nCategories will include: \n    ———Non-Competitors——-   \nParticipants (At own weight/pace) \n    ————-Competitors————- \nBeginners(New to CrossFit but still want to compete) \n-Intermediate (Scaled Division) \n-Advanced (RX Division) \n-Seasoned/ Elite Athletes (RX+ Division) \nFollowed by fellowship\, light/healthy snacks\, prizes\, guest speakers on mental and physical health\, worship and a message by a guest pastor. \nClick here for more information and registration for this free event. \n  \n  \n
